What To Expect:

We'll talk about your TMJ - what makes it worse, what you've tried, how stressed you are, how your jaw feels throughout the day. Treatments use acupuncture, cupping, facial acupuncture, trigger point work, gua sha, and other methods to release tension and calm your nervous system.

Investment:

  • Initial Visit: $150 (60-75 minutes)

  • Follow-Ups: $100 (about 50–60 minutes)

  • Insurance: We accept most United Healthcare plans

  • Reimbursement: Superbills available for out-of-network coverage

Your treatments:

For TMJ, research shows 2-3 sessions per week work best initially for stubborn jaw tension. Jaw pain is tricky - it's tied to stress, sleep, how you hold your body, and your nervous system needs consistent support to break the clenching pattern.

Once your jaw starts staying relaxed longer and you're not constantly aware of it, we adjust frequency. Most people transition to weekly, then every other week as symptoms calm down.

Some people stay at 2x/week longer because their stress levels or grinding patterns need more support. Others find weekly is enough once the worst tension releases.

The goal: get your jaw to stop controlling your day, then find the rhythm that keeps it that way.
