Your body is designed to heal. Sometimes it just needs the right support to break out of chronic pain patterns.
Whether you're dealing with back pain that won't quit, sciatica that's limiting your daily activities, or chronic conditions like arthritis, we're here to help you build resilience and get back to feeling more like yourself.
HOW ACUPUNCTURE SUPPORTS PAIN MANAGEMENT
Chronic pain isn't just about the injury or condition - it's about how your nervous system has learned to protect you. Acupuncture helps reset these patterns, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and giving your body the tools to heal more effectively.
Most of our pain management patients use acupuncture as regular maintenance - like physical therapy or going to the gym. It's about staying ahead of flare-ups rather than just reacting when pain gets unbearable.
We work with your body's natural healing systems to help you build long-term resilience, not just temporary relief.
ACUPUNCTURE FOR CHRONIC PAIN + PAIN MANAGEMENT
If your body’s been carrying pain for too long, we’re here to support your way back to ease.
WHAT WE TREAT
-
Lower back pain, upper back tension, herniated discs, muscle spasms. We help reduce inflammation and improve mobility while addressing the underlying patterns that keep pain coming back.
-
Chronic neck pain, shoulder tension, cervical disc issues, whiplash recovery, tech neck from desk work. We use a comprehensive approach combining acupuncture, trigger point therapy/dry needling, cupping, and electroacupuncture to address both the acute pain and the compensatory patterns that develop over time.
-
Sciatic pain, peripheral neuropathy, nerve entrapment, radiating pain. We help calm overactive nerve responses and improve circulation to affected areas.
-
Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, joint stiffness, morning pain. We focus on reducing inflammation and maintaining mobility as your body adapts.
-
TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain, teeth grinding, jaw clenching. We help release the muscular tension and restore proper jaw mechanics.
-
Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune-related pain. We help your body manage ongoing symptoms and build resilience for long-term conditions.

HOW WE WORK
Here’s what we’ve found works best after treating hundreds of people…
Your patterns change, your treatment adapts. The practitioner who helped with your acute injury becomes the one who prevents future flare-ups. As your work setup changes, stress levels shift, or new activities create different tension patterns, we adjust your care accordingly.
Consistent relationship = better prevention. We know your trouble spots, understand your stress triggers, and can catch tension patterns before they become painful episodes. This means fewer crisis visits and more consistent comfort.
Maintenance-focused approach. Regular care helps you stay ahead of tension buildup rather than just reacting when pain becomes unbearable. Most of our neck and shoulder patients find this becomes essential maintenance—like regular exercise, but for tension management.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
This depends on several factors—how severe your pain is, how long you've been dealing with it, and what works best for your schedule and preferences. We typically start with at least weekly visits, and some people prefer coming more frequently for faster progress. Others do well with the weekly pace and love the consistent support. Once you're feeling better, most people transition to maintenance somewhere between every other week to monthly. Some prefer to stay weekly because they love the consistent support and want to prevent flare-ups. We'll start with what makes sense for your situation and adjust from there based on how you respond.

Sometimes your body releases tension or shifts compensation patterns during treatment, which can temporarily change how pain feels. We'll monitor your progress closely and adjust treatment as needed.
