3-month minimum. Auto-bills on the 1st of each month. Cancel anytime after 3 months with 7 days notice. Sessions don't roll over.

We don't work with insurance. We don't bill plans, check benefits, or submit claims. You pay atthe visit. HSA and FSA cards are fine. If you want a superbill to send in yourself, ask at checkout and we'll email it. More info here
