Many people continue regular support throughout their trying-to-conceive process, with frequency typically somewhere between weekly to monthly depending on their cycle and stress levels. Some prefer weekly support throughout for optimal preparation. We'll coordinate with your fertility plans and adjust based on your needs and how you respond.
