OLIVIA PAPPAS

Olivia Pappas is Point Prescription's Practice Coordinator and a current student at Colorado Chinese Medicine University. She'll be treating patients here when she graduates.

Olivia came to acupuncture through her own experience as a patient. After years in tech sales - cold calls, software nobody needed, getting yelled at by strangers - she had an existential crisis and realized acupuncture was the one thing helping her feel human again. She spent a year figuring out how to make the career switch properly, and now she's here.

Both Olivia and owner Courtney came from sales backgrounds, so they're focused on making the client experience amazing from start to finish - from the first text to your 100th appointment. Olivia handles scheduling and day-to-day coordination, but she's also invested in growing the practice since she'll be working here long-term.

She loves talking about acupuncture (she's learning it in real-time and genuinely excited about it), so if you see her around - say hi, talk shop. She's the quiet observer type who makes astute observations that end up changing how things work around here.

Outside work, Olivia does a lot of athletic stuff - marathon training, HIIT workouts, snowboarding. She also hangs out with her very well-behaved dog, Basil.
