SOPHIE BENNETT

Sophie Bennett is a licensed acupuncturist with a Master's in Acupuncture from Southwest Acupuncture College.

She comes from a family of nurturers, so reaching for a helping profession was never really a question. Acupuncture is where that landed.

A lot of people find Sophie because something hurts, and she's good at that part - trigger point technique when it's called for, and a real read on what's driving the pain rather than just chasing where it shows up. Usually it traces back to stress, which is the work she finds most interesting anyway.

That's where she spends most of her time: stress, anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues. They tend to travel together, and they tend to be the things people have been putting up with for years before they finally do something about it. She also treats headaches, fatigue, fertility concerns, and allergies.

Sophie is curious and down to earth. She asks a lot of questions and actually listens to the answers, then adjusts treatment based on what's going on that week rather than running the same protocol every visit. Patients say they feel seen and heard by her, and that shows up in the treatments.

Outside the clinic, Sophie loves being a mom to her two young kids, and hanging with her husband and family. She loves a good coffee shop in the morning and a cocktail before 4pm, strictly so it doesn't interfere with a good night of sleep.
